Spring Trip Requirements (Concert & Symphonic Students Only)
Students will not be allowed to participate in the Spring Trip if any of the following occurs during the school year:
The band directors reserve the right to prohibit a student from participation in the Spring Trip if behavior or other problems are a concern.
Trip Refunds
There are no trip refunds. If the above occurs after you have made (or fund raised) trip payments, you will not receive a trip refund.. At no time is fund raised money refundable.
Other Spring Trip Requirements
Trip deposits, band contributions, uniform fees, book fees, and instrument rental fees must all be paid in full by the correct due date. Band students must be a member in “good standing”.
Students in “Good Standing”
Practice Records are turned in on time & consistently.
The student maintains at least a “B” average in band.
The student has not received a referral.
The student has attended all performances & rehearsals.
The student keeps up the band assignments, scale tests, & playing tests.
Spring Band Trip Commitment Form
This form will help us plan how many buses to reserve as well as other planning items.
No money is due with this form. If your plans change, please let your director know as soon as possible. This form is due by November 1, 2008.
Spring Band Trip Deposit
A trip deposit of $155 is due by January 18, 2008. This money must be paid by the due date so we can pay our bus deposits & trip deposits.
Spring Trip Payments
In addition to the deposit, students will be responsible for 2 additional payments of $100. Please send payments in a timely manner. The trip cost includes all activities, transportation & meals.
