Mr. O'Rear was asked the question:

What made you decide to go into teaching?

His answer:

My 8th grade Science teacher, Mr. Headly, let me put a booger under the microscope.  From that point on I wanted to be just like him!  By the way, a booger under the microscope looks like a big green mountain with caves.  If you see any trees on the mountain, they are probably just nose hairs.  Do not try this at home.
